Pen Atelier Fountain handles only the information needed to provide a place where you can comfortably record your fountain pens, photos, and notes. This page explains how sign-in, storage, and payments work in plain language.

We never receive your Google password
Google sign-in is used for identity only. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, or other Google account content.
Collections and photos are not made public
Signed-in data is access-controlled per user, and photos are kept in private storage.
Stripe handles card information
Stripe processes card numbers and other payment details. Pen Atelier Fountain does not store them directly.
Google sign-in
Google sign-in identifies your account and lets you access the same collection from multiple devices using that Google account.
Your Google password is never sent to Pen Atelier Fountain. We receive only the account identifier, email address, display name, and similar information needed for sign-in and account display. We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Photos, or other Google account content.
Collection storage
Records created before Google sign-in are stored in the browser you are using. They will not carry over if you clear the site's browser data or move to another device.
After sign-in, collections are stored in Supabase and protected by per-user access controls designed to prevent other users from reading or changing another account's collection.
Photos
Before saving, photos are converted and compressed in your browser as display-ready JPEG files. Signed-in photos are uploaded to non-public Supabase Storage and displayed through time-limited URLs.
Conversion usually removes location and other metadata, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed in every environment. Please check photos for documents, people, backgrounds, or other information you do not want to upload.
Payments
Stripe provides Pro plan checkout and billing management. Stripe processes card numbers and security codes; Pen Atelier Fountain does not directly receive or store them.
We store the subscription plan, status, renewal date, Stripe customer ID, and other information needed to provide Pro features and confirm billing state.
Analytics and service providers
We use Google Analytics to understand and improve the service. It may collect information such as pages viewed, access time, device environment, and referral source.
We do not intentionally send your registered pen names, photos, notes, or email address to Google Analytics. Google, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and other providers process information only as needed for authentication, storage, delivery, and billing.
Deletion and the limits of security
Pens and photos can be deleted in the app. To request deletion of all account data, contact us through the inquiry form or at contact@add-info.com. We will respond within a reasonable scope after confirming your identity.
Internet communications and cloud services always involve some risk. We take reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your own copy of important records when appropriate.
