Pen Atelier Fountain keeps more than photos and specifications. It brings together the ink currently in each pen, writing impressions, and memories of how you found it. Here is how those records fit into everyday use.

Browse your collection through its photographs.
Start by adding the fountain pens on your desk with their photos. The collection view lets each pen lead with the image you remember it by.
In the gallery, you can drag pens into a personal order. It is a screen made for enjoying what you have collected, not only managing its data.

As the collection grows, find a half-remembered pen by its attributes. Combine brand, nib, body color, type, writing feel, tags, and ink status.
Sort by updated date, brand, model, nib, ink, or acquisition date. Your latest choice is remembered for the next visit.

04 / INK
From the color inside one pen to a landscape of collected inks.
With Free, record the ink currently in each pen together with its color and fill date. Search suggestions or type your own name, then adjust the swatch to match what you see on paper. When you clean the pen, the previous fill and its dates remain in the history.
Pro adds a dedicated collection for the inks themselves. Let bottle photographs lead where available, use color swatches everywhere else, and browse everything in brand groups. Search and filters help as the collection grows, with a choice of gallery or compact list views.
Each ink can keep its photographs, color, bottle or cartridge format, properties such as iron gall, shimmer, or pigment, tags, and notes. The same record also shows which pen is using it now and which pens held it before.
