Monthly plan: JPY 300, tax included

Yearly plan: JPY 2,800, tax included

Customers who start a new subscription by 11:59 PM JST on September 30, 2026 receive an Early Supporter discount of 15% for as long as the same subscription remains active: JPY 255 per month or JPY 2,380 per year, tax included.

The Early Supporter discount ends when the qualifying subscription ends. A subscription started again after the campaign period is charged at the regular price.

Free trial: Not currently offered.

Final prices, plan details, and differences from the free plan are displayed before application.

Internet connection fees, communication charges, and device costs are borne by the user.

Registering and viewing photos may increase data usage. Communication charges are borne by the user.

Any fees charged by credit card companies, financial institutions, or payment services are borne by the user.

Credit cards and other payment methods provided by Stripe may be used.

Available payment methods follow what is shown on the payment screen.

For subscriptions, the initial payment is made at application, and subsequent payments are automatically charged according to the selected billing cycle.

Monthly plans renew every month from the application date.

Yearly plans renew every year from the application date.

Free trials are not currently offered. If a free trial is offered in the future, the availability, period, and post-trial billing conditions will be shown before application.

Paid features are usually available immediately after payment is completed.

Availability may be delayed due to network conditions, payment processing, system failures, or third-party service issues.

The service helps users record and manage fountain pens, inks, nibs, acquisition information, photos, notes, writing feel, and usage impressions.

Paid features include registration beyond the free plan limits (10 collection pens and 3 wishlist pens) and other features shown as Pro features within the service. Per-pen current ink, ink history, cleaning reminders, and basic insights are also available on the free plan.

Specific paid feature details are displayed within the service or on the application screen.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle until the user cancels.

To avoid the next renewal, users should complete cancellation before the next renewal date.

Next renewal date, current plan, and billing history may be confirmed in account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.

Users can cancel subscriptions from account settings, the subscription management screen, or the Stripe Customer Portal.

After cancellation, paid features generally remain available until the end of the current billing period. They become unavailable after the billing period ends.

If a monthly or yearly plan is canceled during the billing period, daily or monthly prorated refunds are generally not provided.

Detailed cancellation instructions are displayed within the service or subscription management screen.

Because this is a digital service, cancellations, returns, and refunds after payment are generally not accepted.

Exceptions may be made for duplicate payments, erroneous charges, payment processing issues, cases where the operator deems it necessary, or cases required by law.

Typical cases where a refund may be considered include the following.

• Duplicate payment for the same user is confirmed
• An unintended charge occurs due to payment processing or system issues
• The operator reviews the individual circumstances and determines that a refund is appropriate
• A refund is required by law

The service is intended for use on the latest major browsers.

Recommended environment: latest Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and major browsers on iOS, iPadOS, and Android.

Some features may not work properly depending on browser, OS, device, or network conditions.

If an application has an expiration period, it will be displayed within the service or on the application screen.

For campaigns, discounts, or free trials, the period, conditions, target plans, and post-campaign pricing will be displayed before application.

Subscriptions are generally provided as one contract per account.

If limits apply to item count, photo count, storage capacity, device usage, simultaneous logins, or other conditions, they will be displayed within the service or on the application screen.

Paid features, prices, provision conditions, and differences from the free plan may vary by plan.

Features, screens, storage methods, sync methods, and paid feature details may change as the service is improved.

Important changes that may affect a user's decision to subscribe, such as paid feature details, prices, plan conditions, or differences from the free plan, will be announced through appropriate means such as notices within the service.
